Sentencing guidelines on theft and health and safety offences come into force

The online version of the Magistrates’ Court Sentencing Guidelines has been updated as the sentencing guidelines on theft offences and health and safety offences have come into force today (1 February 2016).

The PDF of the Magistrates’ Court Sentencing Guidelines has also been updated.
