Supplying or offering to supply a controlled drug/Possession of a controlled drug with intent to supply it to another sentencing guideline survey in the Crown Court

The Sentencing Council is currently collecting data on the guideline for Supplying or offering to supply a controlled drug or Possession of a controlled drug with intent to supply it to another, effective from April 2021. You are being asked to complete this survey as part of the Council’s assessment of this guideline, to help us monitor and understand how the guideline influences sentencing.

Please note that this survey form should be completed in relation to sentencing of the above offences involving Class A and B drugs only.
