The report details the Council’s work on guidelines covering: dangerous dog offences, allocation, theft, health and safety, corporate manslaughter and food hygiene, robbery, imposition and guilty pleas. It also covers the Council’s ongoing analysis and research into sentencing, as well as the work it does to promote awareness of and confidence in sentencing guidelines.
