Production of a controlled drug (class B only) sentencing guideline survey

The Sentencing Council is currently collecting data on the guideline for Production of a controlled drug, effective from April 2021. You are being asked to complete this survey as part of the Council’s assessment of this guideline, to help us monitor and understand how the guideline influences sentencing.

Please note that this form should only be completed where the principal offence of production of a controlled drug relates to a Class B drug.
