Possession of a controlled drug sentencing guideline survey in the magistrates’ courts

The Sentencing Council is currently collecting data on the guideline for Possession of a controlled drug, effective from April 2021. You are being asked to complete this survey as part of the Council’s assessment of this guideline, to help us monitor and understand how the guideline influences sentencing.
