The Sentencing Council has published a statistical bulletin and data tables, detailing recent sentencing trends for the offence of unauthorised use of a trade mark.

This is in preparation for the launch of the Council’s Unauthorised use of a trade mark guideline consultation, which will be published tomorrow (Wednesday 8^th July).
