The Sentencing Council has published data tables detailing recent sentencing practice for specific sexual offences.

This is in preparation for the launch of the Council’s Sexual offences definitive guidelines, which will be published tomorrow (Tuesday 17 May).

The data tables include statistics on volumes and sentencing outcomes for the specific offences covered by the definitive guidelines.
