The Sentencing Council has published data tables showing current sentencing practice for perverting the course of justice and witness intimidation offences.

This is in preparation for the launch of the Council’s definitive perverting the course of justice and witness intimidation guidelines, which will be published tomorrow (Wednesday 12 July).
