The Sentencing Council has published data tables detailing recent sentencing practice for burglary offences.

This is in preparation for the launch of the Council’s Burglary offences revised definitive guidelines, which will be published tomorrow (Thursday 19^th May).

The data tables include statistics on volumes and sentencing outcomes for the offences covered by the revised definitive guidelines.
