Dangerous Driving Survey in the Crown Court

The Sentencing Council is currently collecting data on the sentencing of Dangerous Driving offences in the Crown Court. You are being asked to complete this survey as part of the Sentencing Council’s assessment of current sentencing practice and to help with the assessment of future guidelines.
