Sentencing Council Submission to Sentencing Review 2024-25

Today we submitted the Sentencing Council’s evidence in response to the call for evidence issued by the Independent Sentencing Review 2024-2025. Led by the Rt Hon David Gauke, the independent review panel is expected to publish its findings in Spring 2025.
