The Sentencing Council has published a statistical bulletin and data tables, explaining current sentencing practice for aggravated vehicle taking and other motoring related matters.

This is in preparation for the launch of the Council’s consultation on the aggravated vehicle taking offences guidelines, disqualification and other motoring related matters, which will be published tomorrow (Wednesday 21^st February).
