Inflicting grievous bodily harm/Racially or religiously aggravated GBH/Unlawful wounding sentencing guideline survey in the Crown Court

The Sentencing Council is currently collecting data on the guideline for Inflicting grievous bodily harm/ Racially or religiously aggravated GBH, effective from July 2021.
