Dangerous driving sentencing guideline survey in the magistrates’ courts

The Sentencing Council is currently collecting data on the guideline for Dangerous driving, effective from August 2008. You are being asked to complete this survey as part of the Sentencing Council’s assessment of this guideline, to help us understand how this guideline influences sentencing.
