The Sentencing Council has published data tables detailing recent sentencing practice for terrorism offences.

This is in preparation for the launch of the Council’s Terrorism offences revised definitive guidelines, which will be published tomorrow (Wednesday 27 July).

The data tables include statistics on volumes and sentencing outcomes for the terrorism offences which are covered by the revised definitive guidelines.
