The Council is to publish two analytical reports summarising assessments of the impact and implementation of:

• Reduction in sentence for a guilty plea overarching guideline, including the equivalent guidance on reductions for guilty pleas contained within the Sentencing children and young people overarching guideline, and
• Sentencing children and young people overarching guideline, including the offence specific guidelines for sentencing children and young people for sexual offences and robbery.
